  I have found these guys extremely professional and helpful. They have worked on 2 home deals (a sale and a purchase) and they have made a real effort to look after our interests (and even challenged some of our decisions with their insight, which caused us to re-evaluate and go with their suggestions - we saved literally thousands following their advice). I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

  Unorganised and unprofessional. I have made 30+ calls, 20+ emails for them to fix a mistake to no avail. They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to fixing a mistake it has taken over 6months to resolve an issue (i still don't have my money back). They are understaffed, over worked and have no time for people unless they are getting your money. They don't even return your phone calls, i've had to call daily to get a response that they haven't done anything yet.

  I have dealt with company since 1999 on numerous business and property matters, and a couple of personal matters. Their advice has been valuable, solid and pragmatic with advice pertaining to least cost and optimum outcomes. They have recently sold off their other offices and are back to their roots - business in Belgrave and surrounding areas so I feel confident that the service, returned emails etc will pick up.
