    Had a terrible hair cut, so bad that i went back to have it fixed the next day (at no cost btw) a customer came in midway through first cut and i think I got the wind up. Well screw that finish the job properly. payed same price in the middle of the city and wow....a real hair dresser 1000 times better. not that it was hard to beat.

    Went in for a colour, no cut and left with no colour and a terrible cut! After spending two years growing my hair to one length she cut it into wonky layers from the 1980's. Almost cried!
